So Vonwert's Cursed Desires wins. Vonwert, please select any game on this list for your prize, and let me know which color you want your gobli plushie's outfit to be. You'll also recieve a bonus for the whole thing taking so damn long.
I'll remind everyone that the contest prizes are on a heavy delay due to recent vet bills I've had to pay, among other things. I have no idea when they'll be sent out, but it's my #1 priority right now.
OH. Originally there was a tie that caused four games to get into the finals. the tie was remedied by having someone else re-score the games. The two games that tied were Remote Control and Presto's Broken Dream. They both got 92 points in their original reviews.
But this convinces me, now more than ever, that Jester's Hunt is due for an upgrade. Or at least, a bigger upgrade than the last three.
"What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."
Without his sprites, the game wouldn't have been the same. The fact that I was able to use "Z" sprite was a dream come true. If you don't know what the Z sprite is, it is the female vampire in my game in chains, lying down.
His custom bird and Lex sprites really brought a depth to the game. And a small fact, those sprites came from Sniffy fooling around with characters from Gunslinger. I didn't know that until of late.
Congratulations, Vonwert. I had fun reviewing it too.
It still sucks that I couldn't finish MR to get it into this contest. Oh well, I'm too much of a perfectionist for a deadline anyway. I'm still not finished yet.
