I like it, even though I looked for S for a seconds. It registered as studios everytime I read it, just took me a few times to see it.

    One thing.

The handle of the brush seems a little too pixelated compared to the rest of photo.

for a gaming co. I would suggest doing something more graphic design like. it is to detailed for mass reproducing. look at ea games, rockstar, and squarenix for examples.

I didn't realize the brush was acting as "I" or the paint swirl was acting as "S" until I started looking for them.

Well if we use it as a small logo, the letters will probly be taken out and will just leave the paint brush and the stroke.

          As for the other comments:

Yea i can understand how the letters are hard to read, maybe when we make it animated or i can do something to make the letters stand out more.

          thanks again.

I had no problem with the I's or the S.

But I do not like the N's.

They don't register well. Need a little more negative space in there.

            Nice Logo overall though!

            MOO!

EDIT: Updated with some easier to read N's. =)

I think that the logo looks pretty good. The only thing that bothers me is that the paint brush seems to stick out too much compared to the rest of the logo. All round, it is a good job... oh, one good thing to remember is that simplistic designs are easier for the targeted masses to recognize. Like that swirl you got there is a good example and it gives the logo character.

Has anyone noticed that Interactive is misspelled?

Fixed. Funny thing is, i looked over that word several times because it looked odd. Haha, thanks!

It looks good. I could see a little animation for it playing when you boot up a game or something. The brush is kind of big though and it looks kind of flat. Like I can tell it's a 2D image. Especially around the top part. I don't know if it would look good on the back of a box or somewhere where you don't have a lot of space because the brush is so tall. Also all the black letters and paint will not work on a boot up screen or box if the background is black too. That can easily be changed though.

Re: Logo for a gaming company

The biggest problem I have with it is the layout, nothing is the main focus (and by that I mean in the center of the picture). Maybe making the brush stroke of a differnet color than the text, so that the text doesn't have to be arranged around the stroke, instead of incorporated with it.

Also, I take the image to be that the paint brush made the S, am I right? If so, I think a little paint on the brush itself would be appropriate.

But I do like the logo a lot.

I think it's a bit too big. no game company has a logo that big. they try to keep them small and simple, partially so they'll look good downsized and put on a game's packaging.

try downsizing that down to the size logos appear on PC and console game packages, see if it still looks good, or can even be read.

Well the idea behind making it so big was that i could resize it to any size that may be needed. But i will look into this thanks!

Smurf Taco: Well i designed it so that the letters would be built into it. But I will ask the team to see what they think. Thanks again!

EDIT: Updated the logo once again with some of the suggestions posted!

Try doing some research on logo and graphic design.

                              This pains me. Too Photoshopped.
