Say Hi to "Caprica", the New BSG Spin-off

If you don't watch Battlestar Galactica, just go read something else, because you won't care about this. Also, if you aren't, you suck.

Yep, BSG is getting a spin-off, in the form of "Caprica", which is a prequel, taking place 50 years before BSG. Supposedly, it's a family drama centering around the Adamas and a new family known as the Graystones (?). It'll deal with the emergence of the Cylons and probably will eventually lead to the first Cylon War.

I'm a little worried. Luckily it looks like it won't be leeching staff from the original show.

I just read another article, and it looks like this isn't a sure thing yet. It's in development, but it may or may not come to pass. Of course, given that the channel has announced it, I'd bet on seeing it. It'll just be a while.
