Stuff like everything at Homestarrunner.com, or the statistics at Nintendowifi.com. For the past couple weeks, in order to interact with these, I'm required to "Click to activate and use this control". Highlighting these makes a border appear around them. It's rather annoying having to do this, and I can't seem to find the option for them to automatically be "activated". I'm using Windows XP, and Internet Explorer (only web browser I have). Anybody know what's going on?
