Went from crappy dorms to a nice 2 bedroom apartment. One of my roomates I was living with in the dorms is gonna be living with me here. His girlfriends moving in with us, and we'll split the rent three ways, making it crazy cheap to live here. $800 a month, three ways comes to about $266 each. Only things not covered by the rent are the electricity, and things like phone, cable, internet, etc.
Nice living rooom, bathroom and a small balcony too. Its also right across the street from where I work, and about a 20min walk from school.
Another ****ing sweet thing I found out is that since there are motels all over the place around here, the one right next to these apartments, Knights Inn, offers wireless internet for their guests. They dont have a password on their connection. So until they do put a password on it, Im getting free internet comming in at a crisp 54mbps. Since its wireless it does tend to not come in as strong or fast every now and then, but most of the time it works great.
Hope it works with my Xbox and PS2 for onlineplay.
My parents also said they would spring for a minifridge for me since its my first REAL home, that Im paying for.
