Is this downloadable or would I have to buy it. If so, is it sold in game stores or would I have to go somewhere online to get it.

It includes a 30-day free trial. Afterwich (or duringwhich, or the moment you download it), you have to pay up $60 in order to continue using it. Yes, it's expensive. But it's a very powerful 2D RPGM.

You do not need to own RMXP in order to play this game, or anybody's game for that matter. This game in particular is quite possibly the best RPGM sample game I've seen so far (RPGM1's Gobli was fun but flawed, RPGM2's fu-ma was a bore and barely showed off a thing, RPGM3's...I can't even remember what it was called)."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change.
