I'm speaking on the behalf of my friend who wants to download games and play them on his Playstation. Awhile ago, he downloaded the Dexplorer program from this site. After he downloaded the program, he got really confused on how to run it and he still has problems even today with it. I too have downloaded the program recently and I can't find anyway on how to run it. Whenever I'd click on the files that were present in the ZIP folder, an error message or something else that wouldn't help me would appear . If anyone can find the answer, I'll be sure to give a kudos point for doing so.

you have to unzip the files first, and have a memory card in the dex drive (it won't work without one in there). then click on ".GME" then "select .gme" select the file.
drag and drop the files you want from the right window (gme file) into the left window (memory card).
to put files from a memory card into a gme file, you stick a memory card in the dex drive, then click "backup" and it will create a gme file thats an exact copy of your memory card. to only backup select files, click ".GME" then "create new .gme" give the new file a name, then drag and drop files from the memory card window (left) to the gme window (right).
thats all there is to it.

Huh. Never tried dragging and dropping files before. I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever need to add something to the memory card/.GME without having to write over the whole thing."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change.
