Hello person. Since I assume you're talking about RPG Maker saved files, you can either upload game saves by using a dexdrive for PS1 games or by a Max Drive for PS2 games. -

I just bought the Action Replay Max for PS2. Works great. Simple and easy to use and it comes with PGEN Emulator software so you can play Genesis/Megadrive games on your PS2...
But yeah, it's nice. Basically you use the Memory Manager function to take your save off your memory card, crush it, put it on the Flash Drive.. then put it on your computer, take it off the flash drive and there you have it... you can send it on the internet for others to play.
