    Pavilion Highs and Lows

high points and low points since you've come to the pavilion.

    High:
    1. randomly being told that I'm now a mod by blitz.
    2. how that somehow progressed to me running the site.
    3. getting an e-mail from someone at datel for slamming their product on the forums, and then recieving a replacement max drive out of the blue from them.
    4. parental complaints I recieved about valkysas' behavior.
    5. the crazy **** done with john mora, half of which everyone witnessed but no one really knows about.
    6. getting the pavilion head staff advance copies of RPGM2, and being the only one of them to use it.
    7. having several hate sites dedicated to me.
    8. being the main source of RPGM2 info leading up to release.
    9. getting cool stuff in the mail from some friends here.

    Low:
    1. RM2K crap, really goes without saying. but I said it.
    2. being charged with the task of promoting a title that most RPGM vets hate.
    3. having to pretend that I knew absolutely nothing about so many RPGM things, while agetec was rambling on to me about them.
    4. the site still won't let me upload attachments, so thats a low.
    5. the "rivalry" with the mag
    6. checking the RPGM Club and seeing just how many of the people in the community are pirating traitors.
    7. the member that will go un-named that kept bugging me for advice on what to do in their romantic relationship.
    8. being told that because of my position in the community, that I shouldnt release legend of pants as-is.
    9. EZboard. that ****ing EZboard.

    4. the site still won't let me upload attachments, so thats a low.
I'll be sitting at a receptionist desk doing nothing for the next four hours, and I've got every Pavilion RPGM game sitting on my laptop. If you want, I can start throwing them up in the submissions forum. Unless you think that will screw up your chi or something.

      Re: Pavilion Highs and Lows

if you (or anyone else) wants to undertake such a task, I welcome the help. submission instructions are in the submission forums. when posting games, follow the format that I have used so far. descriptions are available here:

      http://www.rpgmpavilion.com/pages/rm1games.html

I know what the problem is. the server thought my constant uploads were me trying to attack the pavilion, and banned my IP from uploading attachments. I turned that safety check off, but I still cant upload anything. I'm gonna have to dig around tomorrow and see where the hell I unban my IP.

        Re: Pavilion Highs and Lows

Did you have some format you wanted to follow with reviews? Should I just post them as a quote in the original post, or do you have some other idea?

Edit: i'm on edward's quest right now. I had some problems uploading DP3, too, so i skipped it.

and if anyone else wants to help, it would probably be a good idea to start either on the RPGM demos, or start with the "Z's" for RPGM full games and work your way up, so we're not submitting the same thing.

        Edit 2: Done.

            reviews will be added later.

and mora, I told you that day that I could call mark and get you a copy, but you said it was no big deal.

I'll get you an early copy of the next one. promise. you're my right-hand bi-ch now, you know?

besides. you'll actually want the next one.

and since DP3 gave you problems too, I'd say there's definately something un-safe in the file. hell, if I didnt turn that safeguard off, you'd probably be auto-banned right now just for trying to upload it.

              I'll have jeremy re-submit it.

hmm... it shows no new posts in the submission forums.

nevermind, forgot that all the submissions in there have to be checked by staff before going public.
