I'm sorry for the delay on this thread. I have indeed dropped them an email, and I'm waiting for a response. The links I clicked on that page wouldn't work...I don't know if it's my connection or maybe cuz I've only tried to connect through to it while I'm at work (we have a blocker of sorts here). We can transfer the domain without be-hosted's help then (and without costing you a cent).
