    New Article Up.

    I've written a fairly comprehensive article about the piracy of the PC RPG Maker series, and the actual events that led up to the legal release of RPG Maker XP.

    Few people in the PC RPG Maker community know what actually happened, and credit everything to random members of their own community, and some are content to try and make people believe they were involved when they actually had nothing to do with it. This is hopefully going to clear things up. I know many will accuse me of lying about it, which has happened countless times in the past. If anyone doubts what I say, go ahead and track down Don Miguel and ask him. Various Enterbrain and Agetec employees can vouch for this as well.

    It's in the article section.

    I've even got the Don Miguel chat log somewhere, and I'll dig it up if there's enough interest in seeing it.

    Ah, splendid. I've always been curious as to how it went down.

      Very well written. I've always wondered about the past events involving PC RPG Makers. If you could, please post that chat, I'd like a look of that as well.

        Didn't you post the log once before? Still, it'd be interesting to see again.

                        That pretty much sums everything up so at least we have a chance to buy an legal english version of XP for $60.

                        So i'v ehave a question what next for the PC RPG Maker series?
                        There is one thing that pretty much disturbes me in an SRPG....

                              Since I am rather new with RPG Maker, this has enlightened my mind of the past. I like hearing RPG Maker history.
