Yeah, so pretty sure when one of my friends tried to play a game on my PS2 earlier today it started on fire. It started to smell really bad and it froze--wasn't able to turn it off or anything.

So the thing is dead. Pushing dasies. I sure as hell don't have the money to buy another one either...

I think it might be under the warrenty though, seeing as it's under a year old.

I'd guess I'd try to get it replaced. Is it one of the slim models?
