    Some lawmakers are crazy.

This is a list of laws that were (and still are) Illegal/Legal in the United States. Look at Vermont, It's Illegal to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole! When was the last giraffe in Vermont?

    Have fun!

It is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded while operating a vehicle.
I found this one to be the stupidest law in alabama ever, considering anyone who broke it would never survive to be prosecuted for it. Real funny though.

        • If two trains meet on the same track, neither shall proceed until the other has passed.
        Texas
        • If two trains going in opposite directions on the same track meet each other, one can't move until the other does.

        Think about it...

            Minnesota
            • Any person over the age of 12 may have a license for a handgun as long as he/she has not been convicted of a felony.
            • A Minnesota tax form is quite thorough. Some would say too thorough. It even asks for your date of death.
            • Oral sex is prohibited.
            • Hamburgers may not be eaten on Sundays.
            • It is illegal to sleep naked.
            • A Blue Earth, Minnesota, law declares that no child under the age of twelve may talk over the telephone unless monitored by a parent.

These laws may crush my dreams forever...

you have strange dreams if those laws would crush them.

somewhere out there, is someone who wants to eat a hamburger on a sunday while participating in oral sex, and while talking on the phone unmonitored by a parent with the intent to sleep naked. but are denied because of these laws.

No, I just care about the hamburger part. The rest.... That's for the other Minnesotans.

hey, does every fast food place in the state close sunday?

if not, you should call the police on burger king. I think they'd actually have to enforce the law.

in michigan, you cant legally swear in front of a mother or a child. no one really knew about this law until some guy said the F word while trying not to drown, and a mother sued him. she won.

I'd say the F word too, if I were drowning.

In Kentucky every citizen of is required to take a shower once a year.
Uuh... now I find that particular law offensive. I don't think any self-respecting human being would wait that long. In fact, I don't think anyone without any shread self-respect would wait that long. Why the hell would that need to be a ****ing law?

                            • If you've ever been to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, you'll see the kings and queens on the various floats throwing plastic money, medallions and jewels to the crowd, but not food. It's against the law to throw food from a float in the Mardi Gras festivities.

This one is weird. They throw food at you from floats for the st. patrick's day parade. You have to watch out to not get hit in the head with a cabbage. I wonder why they can't throw food for mardi gras?

                            • Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal.

                            OUCH!!
