Catagories based on Games

In case the board is redesigned in the near future, may I suggest organizing all the forum by the various games it features? For instance puting having a RPGM 3 general catagory which contains all the subcatagories for the game including discussion, workshops, submissions, ect?

Ranking

I was wondering if there actually was a system of rank posted anywhere? Also, what do all the sayings mean under the name like "on a distinguished road"?

I donr know what you mean by Ranking but if you mean rating a post look in the upper-right hand corner of the top post that says "Rate Thread" and go on from there.

the submissions forum has to be it's own category for security reasons, as well as for ease of updates.

the little mouse-over comments you were talking about are connected to the reputation system. check the faq for more info on that.

Mainly what I was wondering was why some had 1 gobli? icons and others two? Was this to symbolize a person as a moderator or other posistion?

The gobli thing has to do with rep given. You can find more about the reputation system in the FAQ.

a new gobli icon is added for every 100 positive reputation points someone has.

How would one look at one's reputation?

The User CP link at the top of the page. There's a section that says "Latest Reputation Recieved" or something equivalent. It tells you your current Rep and shows the last points that you were given, along with a message from the person who gave it.

Don't see it...all that comes up is a box on the left side of the screen for editing profile, subscribed threads (whatever those are), and miscellaneous. Nothing about reputation that I can see.

You probably just haven't gotten rep yet.
Check the middle section, there should be a "latest reputation recived bar".

2 reps in six minutes...thanks, guys! Also, I now have a profile picture displayed in the edit screen, but it does not show up on the message boards. What am I doing wrong?

It shows up when someone views your profile. You can see yours and others' profiles by clicking on someone's name, and choosing to View Profile.
