the Kid Who Collects Spider-Man (music)

    hey sup.
I started screwing around with Garage Band a little while ago and this is what happened. it's just me, pre-made loops, a keyboard, and my video teacher's Mac. I'd be mighty grateful if you suckers would have a listen and tell me what you think.

I figure if you like the musical stylings of the Go! Team or Architecture In Helsinki or the Polyphonic Spree, you'd enjoy my music. so listen up:

add me if you deem it appropriate.

"Almost" has some clashing notes here and there. I can't really say how impressed I am since I have no idea if you made any of these melodies or if theyre just loops. If this is 90% loops, I wouldn't consider this music "yours".

That was pretty nice. I like it. The part where the kids scream something it nice. I'd like more randomness like that.

I feel you could do better if you didn't use loops. I don't know, it just doesn't seem personal at all, even if it's an original composition.

...Maybe if you didn't tell me it was a garageband/loop creation I would have dug it more. Yeah, I think so.

Oh yeah, using telephone operators seems like a pretty cliche sample.

yeah, it's pretty much all loops. I only have a few parts in each song that are me on the keyboard, but as I'm learning more I'm using the keyboard more and loops less. HEY, maybe it'll be fun to see how I progress!
