A date and year should be given of when you think someone from the "I'm leaving" list will return. Whoever's guess is closest in either direction wins. Users are not allowed to change their predictions after it has been posted. Departing member is given 48 hours to check his or her "I'm leaving" post. After this time window, any subsequent posts OR logins are considered a return.
