    Trying to pass time

Wassup everyone. I am just trying to pass time while I wait. I am being forced to do science fair at my school along with everyone else. We had a two hour delay, because of snow, so we were not going to have to do the presentation. However when I arrived at school ready to do nothing I was told to be prepared to present my expiriment. So not only did my school treat me like a child by not letting me choose if I do science fair or not, but they also lied to me.

They say that they will call us to the gym when we are to give our presentation to 5 judges. I am hoping that they will not call me. And since I have nothing to do I just decided to go on a computer and tell you guys about my sucky life. So how are your lives going. Anything cool happen. Crap I have time to read through my post. I hope I fixed most of the grammar mistakes.

Do push-ups. Self-improvement through exercise is a great way to kill time!

My project was, what is the strongest wood to make drumsticks out of. I tested oak, maple, and hickory. Hickory was the best.

The good news is I didn't get called. Although if I did, I was going to try and get the judge to talk about his job. They get regular parents to judge so I figured he would be excited to tell me. Then he would run out of time and say "ok, good job" and walk off.

I do not know why they don't let us choose. However next year they are only forcing the Junior High students because they got alot of complaints from parents.

During weights class I played poker. Not Push-Up poker. Just regular poker. I won one of the hands with 2 queens. I guess that means I didn't feel like working out.

Blargh.. I hated having to do science fair in elementary and middle school... my projects were always oozing with indifference. I tested mostly unspectacular things like oxidation for different metals or "can dogs carry strep throat?" They also made us do a "religion fair" type of thing each year up until 6th grade.. and then in 9th and 10th it was mandated that we do history fair.

I guess on the positive side, I have enough project boards to build a rad fort in my room if I'm ever so inclined.

I had to do a science fair presentation in 8th grade. It was made up of a light bulb inside a cube case. What its purpose was, I dont know.

I think I was supposed to participate in a science fair once. I didn't. Nobody cared. One of the few perks of going to an underacheiving school in the lowest educated state in the country. Woo Hoo!

                            Ah Science fairs.

Paper mache volcanoes and coke-pepsi taste survey dreams...
Legs to walk and thoughts to fly
eyes to laugh and lips to cry
                            a restless tongue to classify
all born to grow and grown to die

I don't recall having any science fairs. But my memory's pretty bad, so I might've just forgotten. If anything, I probably was required to do some sort of project for a class or two.
