Well, I assume you have a mic and used MS Sound Recorder to record a track. You could encode it as an MP3 if it's long using an MP3 coversion program like CDEX or LAME. Then upload the file to webspace or use http://yousendit.com. It'll make a link that expires after 25 downloads or 7 days.
