the past week, I've been putting up new shelves that go across my entire wall, to put my transformer collection on. Previously, due to me having so little surface room to work with, I could only keep a few figures out from each line, so my collection looked a whole lot smaller than it is. Well, with the new shelves, I'll be able to put up everything.
But before I took the current displays down, I took pictures of them. I dont know why, but I did, and now I show them.
First up, my Transformers Generation 1 shelf. This one irritates me the most. I have over 500 G1 figures, yet I was only able to keep 20 or so out before. So I just kept my favorites out, along with a few random ones that I change up every few weeks. I realize now, that it was stupid to take pictuires of the casette-transformers from a head-on perspective. Most of these are vintage, but smokescreen, bumblebee, cliffjumper, grapple, and god ginari are all re-issues.

The Alternators line. This was every single figure in released at the time the picture was taken, but they have since released four more, and that makes me happy and angry. they're huge, each one turns into a 1/24 replica of a current-day car.

Next Up, some Beast Wars Maximals. I should have had more up on this shelf, but it looked crowded and crappy with any more than the current amount. I forgot to get a pic of the shelf below it, which has a few Beast Wars Predacons. The highlight of this shelf is the silver and gold Flash Lio Convoy, which is a limited edition version of a japan-only figure.

Randomness. The top of the shelf that have my video games, it has 1/60 scale Perfect Grade Zeta Gundam (13 inches of bad-assness that cost me $180), the 1/60 scale HG-EX God Gundam (hate the show, love this gundam though, and hey, it was $20), a few of the tiny Transformers Cybertron figures, and a bunch of the World's Smallest Transformers figures. they're only an inch or two tall when transformed. check out how dirty my blinds are.

After taking the above picture, I thought "The Zeta Gundam is better than the God Gundam, so it should be kicking it's ass", and so I changed things around a bit.

And finally, I put up almost every optimus prime I own on the top of my entertainment center. The original optimus prime is absent from this picture, along with Generation 2 Optimus Prime, and Generation 2 Laser Optimus Prime because they're in storage, and I dont feel like digging them out. The poster behind them has every optimus prime ever on it, well, up until when the poster was made, anyways.

Yes, I have Burger King and Mc Donalds Optimus Primes too. at the very bottom, you can see I have a custom-painted BK Optimus Prime. the almost completely blue prime on the left with a silver button on his chest is actually one of those things you put a sucker in the top of, and it spins it for you. he came with a strawberry chupa-chup, and I still have it in a bag in my dresser.
Once I get the entire collection up on the new shelves, there will be more pictures.
