Newbie questions about uploading/downloading

Hey everybody,

I'm new to RPGmaker, and haven't tried one or two, but am making a game with three and am about halfway done. I was looking around the internet and came accross this site, and I think it is cool that you can play other people's games and upload yours to share. My question is how do you do this (upload a game from a memory card or download one to a memory card) and what equipment would you need? Thanx
