Well, you DO have to be pretty light to be able to do that kind of stuff. If you're large like myself or large and somewhat wide like Rick, It can be extremely dangerous.

You better be glad I don't mind being called overweight. Because I know people who get sorely ****ed when it happens to them. But besides that, at least you acknowledged that I'm not the fattest of the fat.
I'm what you call the low-end shopper of the Big & Tall stores. I can't buy from Wal*Mart most of the time, but I buy the smallest sizes at the Big & Tall.
I would never attempt a flip unless I was diving into water or jumping on a trampoline.

I was always jealous of people who could flip up off the ground. I tried it a few times and just looked like a fish.The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

That's more like gymnastics school. Real ninja training (Ninjutsu as it's called) consists more heavily of combat and sneaking technique. The video is impressive, but I wouldn't call it ninja school.
