    Left out in the Blizzard

Y'know Archimonde might be an all powerful demon, but he's got nothing on Blizzard ENtertainment. The denizens of Azeroth should be more worried about being "snowed in" then have to worry about Arthas and the Scourge.

Seriously, what the hell. It's gotten worse cause many people either bought WoW over the holidays or came back to the game, but jeezus, the game has been down for the whole day. Sorry, this rant isn't really of much importance.

NM, it's freakin up now i think. Crap.

Re: Left out in the Blizzard

Yeah the Xmas WoW rush was pretty bad. Even Blizz admitted this was the reason people had trouble:

      -Logging in (5+ minutes)
      -Retrieving Character List (10+ minutes)
      -Lagging Out
      -Waiting in Server Queues

They have said they purportedly have new hardware upgrades to apply to the most populous servers. This means, of course, that we won't see jack @#%% until at least 6 months from now.

Until then, just play your favorite game: "Retrieving Character List".

      So, uh, yeah.

Blizzard just wants Omni to go and get some Sunshine every once in awhile.

My fiancée finally showed me WoW in action. It looks OK fun, but not worth throwing a life away for.

I'd much rather have my Counter-Strike work for once.

Neither has most of our guild.

When I log on it's usually just me. And 108 empty slots.

                  So sad.

That's why local guilds are the best!

If anybody tries to stop playing you can go to their house and break their knees.

Re: Left out in the Blizzard

i stopped playing because my schedule doesnt usually allow me much time to play when MC and the other endgame instances are going. if there were people that ran em during the day i could play for hours and hours, but i generally dont come home from work till about 1am pacific time. so there isnt much left for me.

as soon as the expansion comes out though ill be back in there. im just tired of running every instance a thousand times.

Re: Left out in the Blizzard

I quit back in May and was thinking of coming back. Just wondering if all the bad stuff I have been hearing is still going on.

Like waiting on a huge list just to log in.
If its even possible to move in really busy towns. It use to get laggy but i've heard its gotten worse.
If people are still going crazy over the Honor system and killing people left and right?

I had a lvl 60 Orc Warrior and was already going to the big Instances, (UBRS, MC, etc) but have never killed Onixyia or anything. I know they have come out with more high lvl instances. are they worth it? my biggest problem is it was like you were playing Diablo at a certain point. You're just trying to get that ultra rare item to drop because its 1 point better than what you have.
