K, the project I'm working on now is "The Second Lion War". My friends seem to like the idea and it's moving at a steady clip. Just afraid I won't have enough space for it -- I am not a fan of short RPGS.
---------------------------------------------
In a land filled with treachary and murder, no one can see the dark forces moving that would destroy them all. Only a band of four adventurers can stop the coming onslaught and save the world from a travesty beyond imagination...
"...weilding the Sword of the Ancients, One will come...
...to be our saviour...
...or our executioner..."

The Second Lion War
Anyway, here is the synopsis. The Main character, Varrick, an orphan of The Great Lion War (hence the game's title) is the Templar of Lord Telra. A Templar is the avatar of the noble's might, the noble's will in one person. You, as Varrick, do deeds to further Telra's plan of a mighty empire, something he was not able to accomplish during The Great Lion War. However, you soon discover Telra's plans are not so noble, as you begin to see your deeds as what they truely are -- acts of evil.
You soon turn on your former master and must struggle against time to repair the damage you alone have wreaked upon the kingdom, before all is lost and the world falls into the clutches of Telra, the Lord of Shadows...
--Cast of Characters--
Varrick: Found as a child by Lord Telra, he grew to be a powerful, but brash Templar, who only wants to have his name be known throughout the world, just like his hero, Ranjit, the Dragon-Sealer.
Ranjit: Hero of the first age. He sealed away the powers of the Dragons that threatened all of existence. Long dead.
Lael: Childhood friend of Varrick, a servant at the Telra castle. Was taken in by Telra since she was found with Tyrone. Has a strong heart to do good, and it pains her to see her beloved Varrick loose his path to darkness.
Chuugo: Ordinator of Telra. Very arrogant, and has always coveted Varrick's status as Templar. His fighting skills are unparralleled, and has access to devastating spells.
Alaster: A smooth talking, booze drinkin', womanizing theif who has a penchant for magic. Has little basis and wanders from place to place, looking for the finest ale and the best women. (Think Ronfar from Lunar 2: Eternal Blue, but less redeeming qualities.)
Tyronica: Templar of Lord Doge (Pronounced Doh'-gze, not dog). A strong willed woman who's knowlege of battle and tactic surpasses others, but has little trust of anyone outside of her kingdom.
Lord Telra: The Lord of the Black Onyx, Telra seeks to take all of the world for his own kingdom.
King Roland: High King of the land, the True King who came back and ended the Great Lion War by showing his lineage to the Great Throne.
---------------------------------------
It's turning out to be a very dark RPG. Though I don't want to sound Goth, it isn't a very happy place to be, and I love it. Castle Telra has gallows all over, plus it's always storming out, and has depressing background music.
Now that I'm just ranting, I'll post things later on it, when I get my thinking straight again.
