Sure is. Looks to be a self-contained series like battle network, meaning it has no connection to the primary timeline (MM, X, Z, Legends).

Art is done by the same person who did the art for the Zero series.

yeah, the zero series is awesome. but just I have to warn you: the zero games are the hardest games in megaman history. only the hardcore need apply.

Since I never beat a Mega Man game, I will play Zero knowing I probably won't win. It's still cool.

If you played Gradius, then you'd know thats a hard game, every time I play Gradius III it bends me over its knee and spanks me, yet I still play, so Zero can't be all that bad.

That sounds so wrong on so many levels. Rockman Sechs anyone?
This title makes me think this whole thing is 'fake'... I hope I'm wrong the game looks ok so far.

I take it you play a 'human' character and collect armor pieces ala the "X" series (X1-X4... where you see on yer character the parts you've collected)?
Looks like that in the first pic... The guy has boots on or something.

Since it's rockman I shall get this.

Actually, from what I've gathered, Rockman isn't in the game. It's got a boy and a girl character. Hence the happiness feelings of love and AIDS escaping (which he does by closing his eyes.)
