I'm finally getting to play the adventure that started the legacy. So far it's hard to get into. I don't mind that the graphics aren't great but it's sometimes hard to know just what you're looking at. The controls are a tad confusing with the weird object/spell selection thing. But it's got all the great plot and storytelling of the rest of the series.

Re: Blood Omen: The Legacy of Kain
Blood Omen 2 is actually the bloody, battered remains of what was to be a Chakram: The Forever Man game on Dreamcast....er....either that or the same art director did both, I forget...maybe both.
Craziness.
Blood Omen and Soul Reaver were such good games, the games after that all became too linear (but still told the most amazing story ever put on a video game). I hear since Eidos sold all their ****, there probably won't be another.
I wanna find out what happens after Defiance, damnit!!!
Oh, and having Kain muse about Nupraptor's Skull was teh funneh.Last edited by DK; 01-02-2006, 02:18 AM.

Re: Blood Omen: The Legacy of Kain
BO2 didn't seem to add anything to the story. Other than a little more backstore on Kain all you really learned was the origin of the Sarafan which really didn't matter anyway. Or was there a lot more to it that I just don't remember?I want that Mulan McNugget sauce, Morty!

Re: Blood Omen: The Legacy of Kain
Me too! I was hoping that they would continue the series. The Hilden (I'm not sure if I spelled that right) are released and I assumed they would continue from there. It would have made sense, since the ending of Defiance didn't really seem to end the series.Originally posted by DreamknightI wanna find out what happens after Defiance, damnit!!!I had to change accounts.
