buy some swiffer static pads, and tape them near anywhere you want to keep dust from settling. it'll stick to them instead of your stuff.

I hate having tiled floor. Either that or I hate being dirty...there's dust and pubic hair EVERYWHERE in my room.

And Manjrove, clean your stuff regularly whilst following Valkysas' advice and keep some Ring Boomerangs handy just in case.

i do try to de-dust my stuff somewhat regularly.. i just get annoyed with it. maybe i should just buy a glass case and keep my goods safe like treasured fossils...

I would also keep a few spare beefs just in case.

                          and some robot crotch spray.

What are you trying to protect from dust? If it's something as simple as Magic: The Gathering cards, they make covers for those. If it's something larger, it could very likely be bagged, but then would be out of view. Valk's suggestion will work nicely.

You aren't the only one. But I bet anything in your room fails being so filthy as to top having a 400 pound engine block leaking grease onto your carpet over the period of a few months.

But then again, you have a urinal installed near your room. How awesome is that?
