Wow, the pavilion is looking good. It's been a few days since I was last on.

I was wondering if you guys could help me to take audio off of a video file on my computer. I tried using a couple of softwares already and they both ended playing nothingness. Please help me to figure this out. I am trying to finish a project that I need the sound from today!!!!

the one time I had to do something like that, I just used windows sound recorder. just turn the sound up loud enough for it to be clearly recorded, since it records it at the volume that it goes through the speakers at, even though it doesnt use a mic.

it can only record in 1 minute intervals, but if you time the recording right you can piece together multiple fragments in audacity or something.

Thanks, that works. I just need to try and get it recorded without buz noise. My computer has really nice speakers that go up really loud so I am going to have trouble with my ears once I get a good noise. Luckly my parents arn't home so I can turn it up loud.

Well, when you just re-click the record button, it only matters if you are not expecting the 60 second stop and get cut off mid-word.

I couldn't get a good enough sound to use it. But I found another sound file that will work for the part.

I am making a movie with showbiz. It comes with something that allows you to record sound. But it doesn't work right. I also tried creative playcenter. Did the same thing as showbiz.

Yes, just 1 second ago for my long waited two hours my movie is saved. Now to get some sleep and record it on dvd tomorrow.
