If you wish to have the user reputation system disabled on your account, or have it re-instated after removal, simply post here saying so, and we'll take care of it.

upon actually testing it out on an account (yours) it seems it is impossible to remove it from individuals. we can remove the ability to give reputation points, but we cannot disable it for specific users.

I'll continue to look into it, to see if I can hack it, or get a mod from somewhere, but for now its just not possible.
