ok,
1) Can you summon Aeons like in the Final Fantasy Series?
2) Can you make it so that you game is sort of like a shining fore neo/zelda/ final fantasy type battle system in some way?
3) Is there a way to customize your characters looks and weapon?
4) If you could make a bow could it shoot MULTIPLE arrows at an enemy at a time? :D
( Is there anything this game can't do lol?)
5) Can you make like some sorta of super or uniqe special attack that a character or characters can do?
6) How big could you make a dungeon or town (maybe city)? Could like in Rpg make 3, make a dungeon or building really big with multiple maps?
One more.
7) In the beginning how can you like customize your building scene or event?
Thanks, appreciate it. :)

Summoning is complicated, but doable.
2) Can you make it so that you game is sort of like a shining fore neo/zelda/ final fantasy type battle system in some way?
I have no idea what you mean, but probably; the system is incredibly flexible.
3) Is there a way to customize your characters looks and weapon?
Several ways.
4) If you could make a bow could it shoot MULTIPLE arrows at an enemy at a time?

Easily done. The one thing that you will want to do that is impossible is showing your characters in the default battle system. You need to use avaters (like in DungeonWarden's Crown of Order, or VFX Characters like in my own Videogamedrome.
5) Can you make like some sorta of super or uniqe special attack that a character or characters can do?
Of course.
6) How big could you make a dungeon or town (maybe city)? Could like in Rpg make 3, make a dungeon or building really big with multiple maps?
There are limits to how many buildings you make in the building editor, but you can use objects and vfx to expand on that. Placing too much stuff can caus game slow down and blur, but linking maps is easy.
One more.
7) In the beginning how can you like customize your building scene or event?
The same as you can in the middle and at the end. However you like.
I'm not sure I understood that one either.
Hope that helped.
Peace.

I mean like some sort of battle system that makes you be able to use a MULTIPLE shot bow like in Shining force neo, summon aeons in final fantasy series, and have a zelda like battle system, yes I would understand it would take days upon days to do all this but I'm patient.

Days upon days? More like months upon months...
It's possible, but not in the "After a day of programming I'll make the bow fire multiple arrows" sense. More like "After a day of programming, I'll get the bow to appear."
Not discouraging you, just bringing you to reality.

OK, my problem with your examples is that I really don't play that many games and your examples are mostly randmom syllables to me.
Making a bow appear and have multiple attack animations can be done in just a couple hours once you get good.
Scripting for those options is the hard part.
For example, when would it fire which animation?
If you have a file transfer thingy, download the Videogamedrome demo. It has no password and uses many of the options about which you ask. Plus, since I made it, I can answer any questions about it!
Good luck with youe effort.
Peace.
