yes. in blue emerald, its to the left of the forum list. in basic, its at the bottom.

When you're at the Pavilion Posting Grounds page and you're using "Blue Emerald" layout there's a thing on the left called the "CPanel".

You can see who is currenty online there.

Edit: Are you guys going to add anymore of the custom emotes? I've still got some that aren't up. Like the Golfclap and a dancing cow.
