    So, did anyone submit to the RPGM Mag contest?

    I posted this on GameFAQs and there wasn't much in the way of reply...

    I was simply wondering, in this exceedingly lengthy absence of updates on RPGM Mag, who exactly had submitted what. That way, we could maybe compare our stuff and see who won even if there's nothing on the Mag for another couple months (which seems to be the pattern...)

    I submitted "Ice Scream: Cherry Dipped Doom." It's the story of the end of the world with a strange twist in that it is a dessert item that will bring civilization to its knees. As a mad scientist and some random guy, your job is to do whatever you can to save the world from the menacing morsel.

    As a side note, does anyone know what's going on over there? I mean, it's not so much the delay that bothers me but the not knowing exactly how much longer the delay will last. I submitted that game on November 11 or so, and shortly thereafter my computer crashed, erasing the game. I'd like to re-download it and get it put up here on the Pavilion or something.

    I submitted Smitpok.

    according to ixzion, Oblivion Dragon has yet to send in his contest reviews, so there IS now winner yet. if OD doesnt send them soon, ixzion is just going to declare a winner based on his own contest reviews, rather than using both.

          My game is RPGM1.

          Thanks for the info about the contest. It's kinda amazing how quickly new repliess go up, but since I'm used to GameFAQs and they're slow as hell, I guess that's to be expected. Still, I figured that I'd have to wait a couple hours at least.

              just checked the mag, OD has his reviews done. we can probably expect to hear who won within a few days.

              as for the lack of update, ixzion's been busy with a lot of stuff, and he got really sick recently. I won't dare spoil what he's working on, but I will say that from what he told me, it'll be well worth the wait.

                Okay, that's cool. I mean, it's not like I can really complain about some free site, because it's run completely on the generosity of the staff. I was just wondering.

                  You could have asked this at the mag's boards, you know. Some of the higher ups (Like me) are actually active.
