    Narnia

Saw it yesturday. It wasn't bad or anything but I just wasn't feeling it. I've given it some thought and I think it's that the pace is so quick that nothing is given the establishment that it deserves. It starts out real good.

Perhaps this is what all those people who haven't read Harry Potter feel when they see the movie.

    Cons
    -pace too fast
-last battle not big enough in scope. Again it's not bad, there's just something that I can't quite put my finger on.

    Pros
    -Micheal Masden as Maugrim
    -Tilda knows evil.
-The little girl who does Lucy. Stay after the credits.

Conclusion if you're a fan you're going to love it, if your not there's still enough goodness to warrant a viewing.
The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

    I'm thinking of seeing it.

I'm just thinking there's no way anybody's gonna outdo the BBC miniseries for me.

Tilda Swinton needs to sit on Santa's lap and tell him she's been a naughty, naughty girl.

very enjoyable- though i also didn't care for the battle scene, and i can tell you why -i- didn't like it... large scale battle with minimal tactics.

"hm, we're outnumbered, so... drop some rocks and then get out there and see what happens, go go go!"

I thought it was quite long, but then again, I never read the books. I'm sure that would have made it much more enjoyable for me.

Back in the 3rd grade we read the book and watched some old movie or tv show. I dont remember which.

Does the boy in the movie go all crazy for turkish delight still?

But this time, it isn't addictive.

I really liked the movie, but I agree with IRC, that the pace was a bit fast, as far as the last part.

Of course, they had to leave stuff out, considering how long it was.

Everyone did a great job acting, and the witch was great at being evil

Tilda Swinton was awesome in this movie and I could really feel her character and she was also a badass fighter. Nearly on par with the guy who played Gandalf since every 800 year old wizard/witch knows how to dual wield 2 swords and perfectly execute attacks.

Also, during the scene were Azlan said something like "When a good soul sacrifices his life for a traitor the old magic that binds them is destroyed" or something along those lines, I literally yelled in the crowded theater "Oh, JUST LIKE JESUS!" One person even walked out the theater saying "C.S. LEWIS WAS A CHRISTIAN WRITER WTF???????"

Yeah, C.S. Lewis was an extremely cristian writer. But apperantly they leave a lot of that out. I am seeing it tomorrow, or should I?

Have they ever showed an add or commercial where they dont show the good review(s)? Even if there is only one.
