The Character Creation Thread!

Because Lancer EX is being constantly updated, new characters are constantly introduced into the game. I'm giving any Pavilionite a chance to create a character. You don't even have to have prior experience with Lancer EX, although it will certainly help. You don't even need to post a reply asking to be included. All you need to do is fill this out:

Character Name: I don't think I need to explain this one.
Technique Name:
Finisher Name:
Ultimate Move Name:
These are just your three special attacks, weakest to strongest.
Stats:

Stamina:
Mana:
Power:
Technique and Finisher Power:
Ultimate Move Power:

Just list the priority you place on each stat. If you want to get nitty-gritty, you can post exact stat numbers. I'll post how many stats are allotted to each character. (Its 11 right now.) So, have fun starring in Lancer EX!

You guys are right! However, I may have some of you add more stat points, because as Lancer EX has no AI system, adding points are the main way of increasing difficulty. Anyway, just go on the base of 11 points for now. I'll start programming soon!
Also, unless I specifically say so, anyone is always free to post a character. Keep them up!

I decided to make Suppai Garfunkel the saga leader type dude. Now then, I want to make a Pavilion saga. Libra will be the first opponent, her stats are fine. Riotsword will be next, so Riot, please edit in one stat point. RPGD, you get to edit in 2 points. Jamos,for this character, you need to edit in 3 points.
For anyone else who wants to be in this saga, make a character with 15 stat points. Also, to all character makers, please edit/post in one of these three options:
-Recurring: This means your character will be upgraded and reused later in the story.
-Unlockable: This means they will only appear once, but be unlockable for battle mode.
-One-shot: This means they only appear once. Thats it. For people with no real attachament to their character.

I'm working on Lancer EX v2. No more passwords, a semibalance of an AI, and a better story. so while I'm not doing a Pavilion Story, I am still going to use all these characters, so I'm bumping in case someone wants to make a change.
Also, new ones are still welcome, and you can post more then one character
