people are having trouble playing my game

On a different forum i posted a demo for my game. but when people try to play the game player opens and then closes. (direct quote. i dunno if they mean RPGMXP or the disc drive) do you know what i need to add to the file? thanks in advance.

Does the file include all the RTP (Runtime Package) stuff? The default maps and music, I mean.

im pretty sure. does it add the rtp when you check the box 'Create Encrypted Archive' after you click Compress Game Data?

Well, I'm not exactly sure how it all works. I think you have to send the whole folder containing the game, though, and not just the Game.exe. I haven't tried sending anything but once quite some time ago, so I'm not completely sure.
