    SOAD: Hypnotize

Anyone else pick this up? Much better than Mesmerize, much more Systemish.

The band died after their debut album to me.

But I'm glad other people like them.

Better than liking rap or something.

I know what you're saying, I haven't really enjoyed a SOAD song since Spiders.

I dunno, they have potential, but the guitarist needs to shut the **** up/

I liked toxicity, but I was like 12 when I listened to that a lot. I think a lot of it now might just be nostalgia. After that I moved on to liking more Punk music. I have Mesmerize, and It's a fine CD, but SOAD just doesn't grab me any more like they used to.

The guitarist's voice just doesn't fit the music.

                    SOAD is okay.

SOAD's new album isn't horrible, but it isn't great either. I honestly think that SOAD has a TON of talent, but they haven't fully used it yet. If they release an album where they show their full potential, I garauntee it will be HUGE. Still waiting though.

Edit: Yeah the guitarist has a horrible voice. The title track would have been great had it not been for him opening his mouth.

I agree with everyone who has ever heard their last two albums that guitarist: Mal-something or other, is terrible. If you were to mesure SOAD with anything equally as popular thats something current I think SOAD is beyond compare. Again I say equally as popular.

Yeah I picked it up, SOAD is my favorite band. I even slipped it in my Mesmerize album and now its a cool 2 CD case. Its a pretty good CD.
