I would agree with that. There is one forum that someone even took the time to step by step go through and show the person how to make a "variable" work. That is what I followed to get an understanding of it.

If someone where able to write up just a sample walk-through of how to do a simple "retirve an item" event, I think that would go a long way. Two characters and an item.

That sounds like a good idea. With all the variable posts lately, I was thinking there should be a variable FAQ of some sort.
