And the amount of time it takes to learn that even the simplest commands have at least three steps to it.

For starters, you can tell a person to move from one spot to another. You can't do that in RPGM3.

So much more that you can hardly compare the two. But RPGM2 isn't nearly as easy. You can't just place an event where you want it and put in its commands like you can with 1 and 3. It's fairly more complicated in 2.
