    Ever play Magic?

Magic the Gathering? It's kinda fun. Oh... the card I have in my sig... it's easily worth a grand.

I spent $60 on it one night, and haven't looked at them since then.

Haven't played it and I never will. I'd rather roll up a regular playing card and see if I can scoop an eye out.

        Munchkin > Magic
        ...and that's why.

I play Magic competetivally. I attend the weekly Friday Night Magic tournaments (though, I never do place first) and I'm going to start attending the Standard and Block Pro Tour Qualifiers when they roll around.

              Munchkin?

              I've played Naked Munchkin.

              and Catch That Munchkin.

              but what is Munchkin?

I always thought it was kinda lame, then started playing it. It actually takes some skill to make winning decks and try to beat others.

After getting into Pokemon cards when I was in 7th grade, and then seeing Yugioh on tv, I never want to get into another card game again.

Old school Magic: TG foo' over here reprezzentin'.

I remember fawning over the Black Lotus! I never did find out if 5th Ed. reprinted it.

My personal deck building tip: Always put at least one Feldon's Cane in it.

I still have a few decks. I've only won once in a duel.

                      So, uh, yeah.

I have three small boxes of M:TG cards by my bed, along with a small binder of rares. I honestly haven't done anything with them for years, and that is probably the best thing. Any game that requires you to pour more money in to increase quality of the game to this degree isn't worth it to me.
It was fun while it lasted, though. I could probably make an ok deck with the stuff I have.

I would probably have gotten into magic but I'm not going to waste money on cards. Now pogs on the other hand, that was a mans game.

I played Magic when I was in middle school, long time ago. I had a merfolk deck that never lost.
