So, here I am in Texas...

I woke up at four in the morning to go on a 16 hour car trip from Coon Rapids, MN, to Dalhart, Texas. Thanks god for my PS2 working in car. I picked up a copy of Yanya Caballista: City Skater, in Iowa. So, now I'm down here till Friday. I know this is a hard thread to reply to, but I just had to rant. Kudos for those who can make some sort of comment .

I do not envy the car trip.

    I hate long car trips.

I want to go to Texas. My sister along with my neice and nephew live over there. Hopefully I'll get to visit them for Christmas or something. I wouldn't really mind the car or bus trip. I took a Greyhound bus from Charleston, SC to DC last spring. I read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and it went by pretty quick.

Yeah, the trip wasn't too bad. But waking up at 3:30 AM is never a great way to start your day. Oh well, I rented Graffti Kingdom and just got Yanya Caballista: City Skater, so at least I didn't go crazy. At least not more crazy then usual.

I've there's an episode of King of the Hill where Hank tries to figure out how to get from Arlen to Tennessee without going through Oklahoma. I almost died laughing.

It's actually kinda true for us. We spent 6 hours in Kansas and then 45 minutes in Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma, we passed two feed lots, and almost died from the smell Ricks right, Oklahoma is bad indeed. No offense to any Oklahoman Pavilionites: I'm sure you'd leave Oklahoma if you could get out of your shackles.

Tex-ass is alright, at least in some parts... mostly the hill country. Too bad you're stuck visiting relatives!

Well, I'm an Okie Pavilionite, and I don't think it's all that bad. The bigger cities are much like other big cities, just more spaced out. The rest of the state can go straight to hell, though.

I about have the same feelings for where I live, Kentucky. This place is so damn boring. The only reason why I think they have rumours about this state is so that it distracts us from the boredom. So bored... can barely... stay aw...
