Apparently those guys muscles arent even real. Well, some of it is real muscle....

They inject some stuff called synthol into their muscles which creates a cavity where a portion of the synthol doesnt get absorbed by the body and makes them look bigger. They keep doing it over and over until they are HUEG LIEK XBOX.

Its like breast implants but for your arms. ****ing creepy looking if you ask me.
