Another Political Cartoon

I seriously need a new program for putting these together. I keep getting stuff messed up. I would use photoshop (I have ps5) but when I transfer it over to Adobe Photodeluxe to change formats, it messes up the text and turns all the layers into one.

Is there a better program for changing formats?

I think the setting needed to be established before the conversation... Even a panel showing a bulding labeled 'USA Torture Co.' or something.

Thanks for the opinions. I am still rusty at this.

I will next try some regular comic style strips.

I am working on a dective style comic. Though I am still working on the crime layout.
