Changin character animations

I have a few questions dont know how to do the following or dont know if it can be done like maybe can be done with events, switches, or modes.

1) Is ther a way to change character appearance like changin all the animations from a samurai to archer like hav an archer actually attack like a samurai not shooting an arrow with a katana

2) Also is there a way at the beginnin of battle for u to hav like a glowin aura maybe red and maybe sort of make the character darker with the aura surroundin the character

Bad news, you can't do either one of those. The closest thing you can get to an aura is a weapon effect or whatever it is called. Sorry...
