    Uploading completed games....

Is it possible to upload finished RPGs made with RPG Maker 3 to a computer or to another user over the PS2 broadband connection? I did not see an option for doing so, so my guess is you cannot. Thanks in advance.

Hmm...although this isnt the popular way to do it, cant you store saves online with a networked ps2...Im pretty sure the software allows you to connect with a special ps2 max drive online storage site...

I know this sounds dumb, but I got my first PS2 around the same time as RPG Maker 3, so I have no clue what a max drive is or what it does....any help?

Here is an article explaining The Max Drive and how to use it (and more importantly, how NOT to use it!).

          I hope it helps.

          Peace.

OK....I don't want to beat a dead horse, but assuming I get the motivation to buy a max drive and finish my current RPG Maker 3 game, where would I go to upload my completed game, and how would I go about doing it? I'm guessing at RPG Maker magazine, but is there a process involved in uploading it to them? I'm also guessing that there is a way to download files from this site as well, put them on a max drive, and transfer them to a PS2 to be able to be played. Thanks in advance, and sorry I sound like such a novice. Like I said, I just recently got my PS2, and was not aware there was a whole community built around these RPG Maker games.

the pavilion is set up to recieve RPG Maker 1, 2, and 3 submissions. just go to the submission forum to see how it's done. to make things as simple as they can be, you basically make a topic in the proper forum about your game, and then select the attachment option, and upload your game like that.

go to our front page at www.pavilionboards.com, and from there you can download over 200 RPG Maker 1, 2, and 3 full games and demos.

always glad to help, don't hesitate to ask questions.

The mag is essentially our "friendly competition", but feel free to post your games both here and there. They have some games for download there as well, a few aren't available here, and vice versa.
