I don't know if any of you remember, but there is a tool out there that allows you to hack PSX games, allowing you to look at sprites and movies and things. Does anyone know what this program is called? I had it a long time ago.

Game Shark?"At first it just looked like a picture of a bunch of lily pads, but then I started scraping at it with my pocket knife and the whole painting just sort of spoke to me," Schmidt said. "For the first time, I finally understand what Monet was trying to get across in her work."

Re: I Need Help, PSX Hacking Tool
That only worked in some games though.
My brother had something like waht you want. You would put the game into your PC and run the program, and it would have a list of available (non-locked) movies, BGM, and pictures/sprites.
Just can't remember it's name...Last edited by Denmo; 03-01-2005, 01:42 AM....and that's why.

It's not that, I have MK2 for PSX, and I know there are things in there that the programmers don't want us to see, and I want to see them. That's pretty much it.AIM: JeremyLaCroix

Re: I Need Help, PSX Hacking Tool
This may be too much to ask, but is there a way to hack the hex values to find secret codes and things like that, that are normally encrypted?AIM: JeremyLaCroix
