I found the picture doesn't have to be so perfect as long as you're roughly face-forward--with at least the whole of your eyes and mouth visible, I'd imagine.

There's like fifteen or so transformation options total. I'm sure the technology is nothing more amazing than some algorithmic contour tracing, distortions and filters, but the silliness of the results tickled me to no end.
Now those who are camera shy can at least post what they might look like in a shounen!
