Animated series based on "Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse." To be written by Warren Ellis. Designed by James Jean.

I played a Castlevania thing once. Was killed very quickly. There were bats.

I tracked Warren down. He told me "I'm not able to comment at this time, sorry. They have my daughter."

I feel sorry for them. Maybe Warren can pick up the pieces.

Doesn't sound like it's being made in Japan. Some say it might be based on the comic. I didn't even know there was a CV comic. I would have thought an anime about AoS and DoS would have come first.
