I can't find one, and I'm having a heck of a time trying to download and use a couple RPGM2 games(SD Paradise, Crown of...)

we dont need to offer a tutorial, as the thing comes with instructions.
you may be trying to use non-max drive files with it, for which you need to use the file converter located in the tools section. This forum is for forum-related tech problems.
