I purchased the software from vbulletin.com, and installed it on my own server, and then modified it into what you see here.

Maybe he wants to know which webhost are you paying to host your forum... Or maybe hes asking where you got your forum php from. Maybe how to setup one?

Well, I know comapanies like InvisionFree do them for free, which is what I need...so, I guess this one's outta the question.

I dont use a webhost, I actually own a server, and I got the forum software from vbulletin.com. server was $3200, forum software was $160. you dont have to own your own server to use Vbulletin, but you do have to pay for the software.

1) Buy some lunix
2) put them in a big room with other lunix
3) Plug in the internet
4) Go to the "hoster" lunix
5) Power on!

free forum systems are ezboard.com, and proboards.com, and you can also download the phpbb forum software for free, but you'll have to host it somewhere yourself.
