Can you make fog move?

The only way I see to turn on fog is under Database/Tilesets. When I do that it just puts a shadow over everything. Can you make it move across the screen? I'm using the first sandstorm btw.

When you're in the Fog selection window, over on the right hand side should be 2 little selection things called SX and SY. Those are the Horizontal and Vertical movement boxes. Just mess around with various numbers till you get the speed you want.
