    8 dungeon switches???

    I have made a dungeon with 8 dungeon swithes and 8 locked doors. I have done everything right but some don't work and some are wrong in place what must I do?

      Want to share? I havn't figured out how to link switches to doors yet, which is really silly, seeing as it's a nice thing to add to a complete game.

        Well...this might not be the most elegant way to do it, but I put an invisible event in front of the door that the switch is supposed to open, set it so it triggers if dungeon switch is off, then have a message box say something like, "The door won't open." Then, so you just can't walk through the event, use the command for movement, and move the party a couple of steps back in front of the invisible event again. That way, they will continue to encounter a locked door until they hit the switch.

          I suppose theres a way around everything if you cant do it the right way....
          I should have thought of that.
